Well Im Back
OK I know I have ben gone for way too long and I have not been keeping up pwith this blog but life has been truly busy for me. But anyway. I wnat to let you know I am no longer using the mud hair wash. After using for 3 months I have noticed that my hair has been drying out more and more even after using Kimmaytubes leave-in. So I have stop using it. I relally have been neglecting my hair and not washing it the way I was when my hair what shorter. So I have decided to ask the one woman I have been following on youtube to help me out, so can you guess who.... Kimmaytube. She is truly an inspiration to me. I am so tired of not having my hair grow more, but I must say that it is my fault for not doing what I know I should. But enough of my mental beatdown. I will be coming back with my hair care regimen in a few weeks and post some pictures to record my journey because of course everything is trial and error until success is found. Ok Im out see you in a few weeks. And I promise not to be on a 4 month hiatus.

KimmayTube Leave-in
1 oz Knot Today Leave-In (or 2 tablespoons of YOUR preferred leave-in)
2 tablespoons of (Whole leaf version) Aloe Vera Juice with a pH 4.0 or 4.5
2 teaspoons of Castor Oil (optional. I sometimes do without it)
2 teaspoons of Jojoba Oil
Mix well.
She states that it's enough for her to use on whole entire head of hair. She has "bra strap length" hair and it is normal -not thick or thin.
She also states that sometimes there is mixture left over, usually not. And when there are leftovers, she puts it in the fridge for later use.
I have not used the leave in yet I plan on trying it this weekend and will give a full review.

Day 4 of Detox
Did I mention that this process is long. Oh man. So after I washed my hair yesterday, I twisted my hair and applied my butter mix. I must say that my hair was nice and soft. So when I washed my hair this morning, I watered down my mud wash so that it would be easier to placed in hair. My hair seems to be responding very well. It seems to be more soft and cottony. I must say that I am very surprised with this product. Who would have thought that I would be washing my hair with mud.

Day 3 of Detox
Ok now when I woke up this morning, I was so dreading the fact that I had to wash my hair again. This process is long and tedious for me. Dont get me wrong I love to wet my hair and want it to be better but really. All I could think about is Lord please dont let lil mama wake up so I can finish. It will eb a hot mess if she wakes up and I have a hair full of mud and she is screaming to the top of her lungs to be changed and fed. OK now that I have vented , let's get back on course. When I woke up me hair still was rather dry. So I went back to my wonderful shea butter mix ( I will put the recipe up later). After the 2 washes, I applied my butter to my hair and twisted up. Once my hair air dried it felt much better than yesterday. I was thinking is it because of the detox or my mix. .... dont really know, but I am happy. It still a brittle feeling but the website sai it would. I am hoping that once completed with the procress my hair wont be in a need for the extra products I usually put in it. I want my hair to have a simplified life. Lol
